Mealtime Assistance

The focus of this course is on basic nutrition and entry-level proficiency in preparing and cooking meals. The learner will understand the role of nutrition to health and wellbeing and the various types of therapeutic and special diets common in Continuing Care. Learners will demonstrate the preparation and cooking of basic meals, developing entry-level cooking skills.
